We’ve had a really fun day. J left this morning for Huntsville and won’t be home until Friday evening. I know he doesn’t like going on these trips, but thankfully they aren’t very often and it’s only to Huntsville, so if I did need him, he’d be able to be home in only 3 hours.

Our little friend Mari came over this morning while her mom went to play some tennis. She & Big Sister always have lots of fun together. We played dress up, had a snack of blueberries, ate lunch and the girls even spent about 10 minutes standing in the bathroom brushing their teeth.
I’m not sure why they were fascinated so with brushing their teeth, but it was good laughs (and hygiene) so all is well.

After Mari left, I had Big Sister skip her nap in hopes of it being easier to put her down tonight. My mom and niece came over after school to say hello and hang out for a bit. I finished with dinner then our company left after declining my pleas… err… invitation to stay. Brooke has a project she must work on. So, the girls and I (well, Big Sister & I) had an early dinner, early baths, and a shockingly early bedtime. Both girls are asleep and it’s not even 8:00pm yet. I’m impressed and excited.

I’m going to finish watching Biggest Loser, do my Bible Study, then off to bed myself.
So far, I win when it comes to being home alone with two girls.
Prayers that tomorrow will go as well. Little Sister has her 4 month check up (shots, oh no).
