Some of you know that my dad’s health has been quite poor over the last several years. He’s very easily put at risk for pneumonia and other lung related illnesses.

He has the flu along with pneumonia in his right lobe. He’s in the ICU and is currently on a ventilator. His blood pressure dropped too low, so they had to vent him and fill him with fluids. Mom called this morning to tell me.

She says not to come home. That his doctor thinks he’s going to be okay. I just hate not being there to pray by his side and to hold my momma’s hand. It’s hard to sit on the beach with the girls knowing that my dad is really sick.

If you are the praying type, I would really appreciate you lifting my dad up in your prayers. Pray for his physical strength and healing, pray for my mother’s courage and emotional strength.
