Wordless Wednesday - I gave birth to a pirate
“Argg there matey!”
For whatever reason, this picture cracks me up. I guess I caught Little Sister in mid sneeze, mid-sun-in-her-eyes or something. But it brings a grin to my face every time I look at it. Or maybe she just needs an old cigar hanging out of her mouth? Either way, I laugh.
Taken at our friends’ baby shower this past weekend. Oh, more babies to snuggle! Lucky me!

Ok, I gotta share…
Our daughter who is now 11 *always* made little pirate-y faces when we took her picture. We thought it was the cutest thing! (and it was!)
When she was 4, we discovered that she had one veeery lazy eye - the eye she squinched up when smiling for the camera! Turns out she was just trying to focus on where she was looking!
We all laugh about it now, and those pictures are still very cute to me.
I’m sure your little pirate has 20/20 and is simply eyeing all the booty.
