I have a hard time when…

  • I see people doing the most ridiculous things ever. Like, smoking outside of the maternity wing of the hospital after just having a baby. It makes me want to confront them, say not so nice things to them and beat the in the head until it just “clicks” that what they are doing is a pretty bad idea.
  • mychildren don’t take a nap together. I love them both dearly. I love having one on one time when the other is taking a nap. But seriously, I need them to take at least two naps a week at the same time. Otherwise I get a little batty.
  • my bestfriend in the entire whole wide world is moving on Friday. Yup, she’ll be gone forever and ever and I’ll hardly ever see her. But the upside is we now have a Vacation Home in Orlando, FL. So, that’s exciting.
  • my house is absolutely trashed for the tenth time in one day. One can only clean her home a maximum of five times a day. I try to clean up right before naps, right before daddy comes home, before supper, before baths and before bedtime. And I still think that’s just too much.
  • my potty training toddler has a number two accident when we’re out shopping with our child-free friend. It makes me feel like I’m full of fail.
  • I get blown off be a “friend” for months and months. I’m kind of insecure and it just hurts my feelings. I have a hard time not taking things personally and getting emotional.
  • change comes around.
  • I ask for forgiveness, it is given to me, but I don’t accept it. Why I think God’s forgiveness isn’t enough just boggles my brain sometimes.
  • I have a million things I want to talk about but I can’t. So I write a “bullet” post instead.

Oh man, God is good y’all. He’s been moving and shaking and doing some mighty work lately. I can see it all around.

My life is on the verge of perfection. I know big stormy cloud is going to come soon, but for the while, I’m going to soak it all up and enjoy life being extra sweet.

“The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”- Psalm 121:7-8

i also have a hard time with being blown off by “friends”. it’s especially difficult when so called friends just decide to no longer speak to me. i sometimes think that i’m more insecure now than i’ve never been in my life. bleh.

Hang in there sweetie! I have been praying for you!

I feel ya’. I agree. Five times is enough or even maybe, too much. Feel better about yourself because I definitely don’t do it that many times a day. So, your house is way cleaner than mine.
