Looking forward to Saturday!
My absolute favorite thing about the weekend is pancakes. J and Big Sister usually make pancakes while Little Sister and I sleep in a little bit. Yes, it’s true, my husband is some kind of wonderful on occasion! I am so looking forward to this after having a super long week. Even though it was a holiday week. I think the emotional roller coaster from Tuesday is what has me wishing for the weekend so much.

How did Thursday go? Oh, so wonderful! On the way to preschool, Big Sister was telling me not to cry. I asked if she was going to cry and she told me no, she is a big girl. We (finally, traffic was nutso!) get to preschool, we walk in, she hangs her back pack on her hook, kisses Little Sister, kisses me, then walks off to play. That was it. It was bizarre. A wonderful, wonderful bizarre. Thanks for the prayers, y’all.
I met up with Mrs. April today and we had a blast not spending tons of money. I think mentally we spent somewhere in the $1,000’s. But physically, not anywhere close to that. So, yay for us. And double yay for our husbands!
I picked Big Sister up, not a nap to be had. Her teachers said that she took her blanket and curled up on the bottom shelf of the bookshelf. Well, of course. They got a picture. If it ever comes in my possession, you know I’ll scan it for y’all.
Have a happy weekend, y’all!

Hubby makes pancakes almost every Saturday morning. It’s a tradition and we love it. Enjoy your weekend.
