Info

I'm a stay at home mom of two precious children. My husband is a true gift from God who amazes me with his ability to love me unconditionally. That's no easy task! Our girls are 4 & 2 and the light of our lives. We love God and put Him first. We are trying to figure out this parenting thing, apparently we've lost the manual. Through His Grace and Love - we'll make it through!

I am not good at being a single mother. I think in these first two days (of a month) of being husband-less, I have proved that I’m not great at this. I have such respect for my husband and ALL that he does to help our household run more smoothly. He’s my go-to guy. What? [...]

Make a Craft Monday

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

When I was little – I would go to my cousins’ house and in the master bedroom there were two pictures of my cousins. They were silhouette cut outs of them when they were very young. I always loved these and haven’t forgotten about them 20-some years later. So, finally, now that I have my [...]

S.W.A.K. – Happy Valentine’s Day!

Friday, February 13th, 2009

My sweet and wonderful husband had these cuties delivered today. Big Sister asked who they were from. Here is our little conversation. BigSis: “Who sent those?” Me: “Daddy” BigSis: “My Daddy?” Me: “Yes, your Daddy” BigSis: “Daddy James?” Me: “Yes!” I called James to let him know he should send flowers more often! The girls [...]
